5-egg omelette with cheese and jalapenos.
handful of raw almonds
Had to have a couple scoops of ice cream because I put too many jalapenos in the omelette! The only thing that came to mind to stop my mouth from burning.

4pm-preworkout
1 Lipo6 Hardcore capsule
648mg Korean ginseng
648mg Siberian ginseng

6pm-postworkout
1 serving of Aftershock

1030pm
Italian brats
1 avocado with lemon juice and salt and pepper
huge salad with baby spinach, tomato, avocado and onion

Weighed in at 229lbs today. I rarely use the scale, and usually always hover between 230 and 235, and have done so for years. I know that is where I feel the strongest. If I drop any lower I know I will feel hungry and up my calories.
