300 squats: Unbroken set. Took almost exactly 10 minutes.
150 box jumps (24" tire)
50 ring dips
50 pullups

100 pullups down for the week

15-minute "manmaker" with 24kg kettlebell in parking lot. Alternating snatches (30 reps) and approximatley 140yd jog.
