Got your message! Thanks for the advanced notice. Kettlebells in the woods sounds like a lot of fun right now. You might never want to step foot in a gym again.

 

About the Aftershock. I probably wouldn't worry about it if you are able to eat real food. I am experimenting with postworkout nutrition right now. Not a big fan of Aftershock so far.

Noticed the Aftershock.  What's your opinion on me taking a insulin spiking post workout protein (which I did today :) ).
