TRAINING/NUTRITION BLOG: 6/25/11- 500 SQUATS, 100 PULLUPS 100 HINDU PUSHUPS

500 squats
100 pullups
100 Hindu pushups

Squats were done sets of 50, with a new set beginning every 2 minutes (20 minutes).

Pushups and pullups were done in 20 rounds of 5 reps of each, starting a new round every minute (20 minutes).

Rested one extra minute after the squat sets, so it took me almost exactly 41 minutes.

Nutrition Blog...
6/24- Nothing remarkable, other than one small cheat. My awesome wife took me to dinner at Tucano's Brazillian BBQ and I had 2 Sierra Nevada ales at the bar while we were waiting to be seated...Even this affected me. I cannot drink any type of beer anymore without feeling yucky.

 

I guess I should note that Brazillian BBQ is totally Paleo-friendly. The meat has tons of salt, but man is it good.

salad with spinach, red leaf lettuce, green onions, tomato with Ceasar dressing.
red wine
300mg fish oil

12am-
I will take 3 ZMA capsules,50mg DHEA and 3mg melatonin
