6pm-postworkout
1 serving of a product called "Aftershock" that contains about a 50/50 ratio of protein to carbs, BCAAs, glutamine, a little creatine and some other vitamins. Going to give this a try and see.

large salad with spinach, red peppers, green onions and artichoke hearts
bunch of dried banana chips
(Forgot to take some kind of meat or fish out to thaw tonight. By the time I got home it was too late, and I had to get up early...Poor planning = poor eating).
