REST DAY TODAY
Good thing is I have stopped taking 800mg of Ibuprofen 2-3X per day.

Nutrition blog...
7am-300mg caffeine, 1,000mg maca root
8am-50gr whey protein, multivitamin, 300mg fish oil

2pm-
5-egg omelette with cheese, 2 Italian sausages
300mg fish oil, 2,000iu vitamin D

7pm-
Could not resist! My favorite candy bars are Twix. Was grabbing something at the store and they had a new flavor (coconut!). Had to have one. Good thing they didn't come in the king size.

I am not worried about the calories, and don't restrict or count my calorie intake in any way. I more don't like all the sugar and the wheat that is found in most candy (more the wheat than the sugar).

10pm-
Stacey made an awesome dinner for Father's Day (I am a great father to our two big doggies).

Grilled salmon steak with salt, pepper and lemon
K'babs with grilled prawns, onion, red pepper, zuccini.
Red wine
Cantalope slices

11pm-
I will take 3 ZMA capsules and 50mg DHEA
