The front squats were very light for me today, but I have some hard training scheduled for the next two days, and can't afford to be too sore.

Sorry, didn't have time to list it all. Did cheat a little last night, because my sisters were in town and I took a quick trip to visit them at my parents. I sipped a beer and ate some tortilla chips. It wasn't even enough to feel like a cheat or be worth it, but just enough to know I had a little junk food.
