thick grass-fed hambuger, wrapped in lettuce, tomato (ate 1 whole large one), bleu cheese dressing
2 baked potatoes, with butter, bleu cheese and red pepper flakes
2,000iu vitamin D
300mg fish oil

530pm-
2 scoops of Jack3D
1,000mg maca root

830pm-postworkout
1 banana
2 energy bars, with dark chocolate, nuts and coconut oil ("Dinosaur Droppings" Ask if you want the recipe).

930pm-
2 ZMA capsules
50mg DHEA
roobios tea

10pm- dinner
giant grilled chicken breast
grilled zuccini
salad, with tomato, onion, stuffed olives, artichoke hearts, avocado and red wine dressing
