(No postworkout snack, because I was lazy and today was a very light day.)
1030pm-
white wine
hamburger, wrapped in lettuce, with tomato, onion and bleu cheese.
grilled zuccini spears
avocado with lemon juice and cayenne pepper
grilled pineapple
salad with red leaf lettuce, tomato and onion with bleu cheese dressing
At about midnight I will take...
