1000mg maca root

1830-postworkout
25gr whey protein, with 1 tbsp brown sugar
1 banana
4 strawberries

red wine
1 grilled chicken breast
1 avocado with lemon juice and cayenne pepper
corn tortilla chips (CHEAT)
salsa
