9:00 - 50gr whey protein, multivitamin, 300mg fish oil

2:00 - huge grilled chicken breast, 2 baked potatoes, 2,000iu vitamin D.

5:00 - preworkout:
2 scoops Jack3D, 1000mg maca root.

7:30 -postworkout:
2 homemade energy bars, with chocolate, coconut oil, almond, sunflower seeds, almonds.

9:00 - !!!!Cheat!!! 22oz Redhook Big Ballard IPA.

Huge portion of grilled salmon.
Grilled zuccini spears
Grilled pineapple
Fresh strawberries
