2:00 - approximately 4oz steak, leftover from last night, 3 eggs, 300mg fish oil, 2,000iu vitamin D.

huge grilled chicken breast, Italian brats, corn on the cob, 1/2 avocado...
(Poor eating is poor planning. This is not ideal eating, but these were the quickest things to thaw in the freezer and throw on the grill. I did not plan a good dinner and didn't make a trip to the store to get fresh vegetables, so I was relegated to whatever would thaw the fastest. Fast is generally not the best.)
