Have been craving a hamburger and fries, so I hit a drive through. My weight has still been consistently less than 230, so I definitely can use the calories and it sounded yummy at the time. There is a benefit to getting in two workouts a day lately. I can eat just about anything I want. Even after eating this junk, my scale weight was still down this evening. Of course, I don't eat Paleo to lose weight. That has never been my goal. It is to be stronger and healthier.

I think this is the last time I will eat something like this for a while, though. I felt kind of pukie for the rest of the day.
