NUTRITION:
Intermittent fasting.

Fasted and drank nothing but tons of water from 9:30 p.m. Saturday evening until about 8 p.m. tonight.

We'll see if this causes any changes this week.

8 p.m.
Pigged out on pork BBQ ribs, asparagus spears, a huge spinach salad, a baked potato and even a little cheesecake with chocolate sauce.
