Cheat meal for the week!

Red Robin hamburger on a GF bun with tons of fries with a Bud Light (a GF beer).

I know, not an elaborate or fancy cheat meal but you don't know how much I love French fries!

I took 4000mg of fish oil with me.

I didn't eat anything else for the rest of the day because I just didn't feel like it. Unfortunately, I think I may have crossed this one of my acceptable cheat meal options. I felt kind of dizzy and sickish for the rest of the day. I just wanted to lay around and do nothing. I felt awful.
