I can guarantee that I did not get even close to enough protein today, but it is no big deal. I will make up for it during the week. I would be lucky to have gotten in 50grams today. So, those of you that struggle to get your protein in, I understand.

7am-

1 tbsp MCT oil

Went to a brunch invite and ate some grilled steak skewers with a glass of pino noir.

430pm-

No big Superbowl party for me, but I did visit Stacey at work with stuff to make her fresh guacamole. I made a ton of it for her and her partner and we used some Terra vegetable chips for dipping. They are not a perfect option at all, but they are probably the best option outside of just using vegetables.
