About 6oz of cottage bacon (National Bacon Day!)
about 2oz smoked gouda cheese
1 whole large tomato
1 banana

4pm-preworkout
3 Lipo6
1300mg Siberian Ginseng

6pm-postworkout
25gr protein
whole bunch of dried strawberries

10pm-
giant salad with baby spinach, 1 whole tomato, cucumber, onion and vinaigrette dressing
5 large grilled Italian sausages
2,000mg fish oil
red wine
About 1oz sharp provalone cheese

It is an art. It is effective exercise, but it is equal part skill. I guess that is what has drawn me to it. After a whole life of martial art, and having to be aware of what your body is doing, it is very much a part of me to be drawn to attention to quality of movement, and not just exercise. It is good for your mind and body.
