huge chunk of grilled salmon

huge spinach, kale, avocado salad

a few chunks of mozzarella cheese with basalmic vinegar and pepper

generous glass of dry, white wine

chunk of 85 pure dark chocolate

11pm-

Zn, Mg, B6, melatonin
