4 MIXED TABATA HILL SPRINT/SQUAT DRILLS.

5 PRESS AND SWING LADDERS, 1-3 REPS. ALL WITH 40KG.

16 TAEKWON-DO HYUNGS.

NUTRITION:

20hr fast on 8/25 with hill sprints mixed in there. 

Drank some Carnivore protein with chia seeds after workout, and then feasted on beef short ribs later.

7am-

200mg caffeine/green tea

8am-

1 tbsp coconut oil

jerky and almonds

fish oil

cod liver oil

5000iu vitamin D

10am-

some kind of pre-workout drink from the sample bag with about 200mg caffeine, and then some kind of glycogen replacement drink sample...(mostly sugar water) after workout.

1pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

a few chunks of leftover beef short ribs

1 whole avocado with lime, salt and pepper

fish oil

cod liver oil

4pm-

300mg caffeine/green tea

10pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

huge bison burger on a portabello mushroom with bacon and habanero jack cheese

huge baked potato with parmesean cheese, red pepper flake, and tons of butter

huge spinach and kale salad with homemade dressing

fish oil

cod liver oil

1130pm-

Zn, Mg, B6, melatonin
