10 Hindu pushups at the top of one minute
15 2-arm swings with 40kg kettlebell at the top of the next.
100 pushups and 150 swings down.
150 pushups remain for challenge
500 squats
100 pullups
50 situps
7am-1 Lipo6 Hardcore capsule
648mg Korean ginseng
648mg Siberian ginseng
8am-
50gr whey protein with cinnamon
600mg fish oil
mutivitamin
10am-preworkout
300mg caffeine
12pm-postworkout
1 serving of Aftershock
(All done with this stuff. Probably not going to get it again. Going to experiment with postworkout nutrition a little more.)

5 strips of bacon
4oz steak

2,000iu vitamin D

huge salad, a few paleo energy bars, handful of homemade grassfed beef jerky
(I actually grilled up a couple chicken breasts, but by the time they were done I was too tired to eat.)
