(sipped amino solution during workout)

1tbsp coconut oil

1 whole avocado and tons of bacon

bunch of leftover sliced cantaloupe and blueberries

8pm-

BBQ ribs, sausage and tri-tip, some salad and a baked potato. 

(Went out for dinner. Even though these ingredients are all OK, the butter and dressing was suspect. Carried a little water weight as a result.)

9pm-
