several strips of bacon

bunch of sliced cantaloupe and red grapes

Like a lot of people doing the July Challenge this week, I decided to use July 4th as my one digression from strict nutrition this week, my one cheat meal.  Mine was not so much nutrition, because we grilled a whole bunch of grassfed hamburgers and had them on lettuce wraps, grilled zucchini, and had tons of fruits and veggies around for snacks and things. 

The cheat part was mixing up drinks. Had a strong tequila, club soda and lime (NorCal margarita) and sipped another through the evening that was mostly just club soda.

I also ate a couple slices of mozzarella cheese and about 5 Pringles that one of my nephews brought. I really can't resist these. That is why none of them are in the house. If you can't resist having it, get it out of the house. That is the only  way to avoid it.
