ABOUT 30 MINUTES OF 30# MACE DRILLS AND 24KG KETTLEBELL SNATCHES.

5PM-
16 TAEKWON-DO HYUNGS

NUTRITION:
730am-
1 tbsp coconut oil
small bowl filled with jerky and raw almonds
fish oil
cod liver oil

930am-
2 scoops Muscletech Neurocore

1pm-
1 tbsp coconut oil
several strips of bacon
3 huge organic duck eggs fried in bacon grease
fish oil
cod liver oil
5000iu vitamin D

4pm-
300mg caffeine

900pm-
1 tbsp coconut oil
huge chunk of broiled wild salmon
huge spinach, kale, avocado, salad
about 2oz of 88% pure dark chocolate

About 1130pm I will hit the Zn, Mg, B6, and melatonin.
