NUTRITION:

Very strict, ketogenic. No carbs except a few strawberries after my run Sunday and green vegetables in salads.

1 tbsp coconut oil

handful of jerky and a handful of raw almonds

fish oil

cod liver oil

5000iu vitamin D

930am-

2 scoops Jack3D

1pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

1 whole avocado with lime, salt, and pepper

about 6oz of roast chicken breast

645pm-

25gr Carnivore protein with 2 tbsp chia seed

930pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

huge grilled steak

2 huge baked potatoes with parmesean cheese, full-fat butter and red pepper flake (glycogen refill)
