5/01

Nothing exciting, because I primarily ate things leftover from the last few days (had to clean out the fridge) for dinner. Breakfast was just a few scoops of Cytogainer after my early workout.

 

The only thing interesting was a triple cheeseburger from Wendy's about 2pm. I stepped on the scale early that day and it said 222.8#, which is ridiculously light, so mass calories it was.

I found that I can't even eat french fries anymore. I got some and only ate a few. So much for this cheat meal option.

 

5/02

7am-

200mg caffeine

1000mg vitamin C

650mg Siberian ginseng

 

8am-

small bowl of beef jerky and raw almonds

3600mg fish oil

2000iu vitamin D

 

3pm-

6 strips of bacon

4 eggs fried in coconut oil

3600mg fish oil

 

530pm-

2.5 scoops Jack3D

650mg Siberian ginseng

 

10pm-

1/2 large avocado with lime, salt and pepper

about 8oz of poached wild salmon with lemon

huge spinach salad with red onion, one whole giant tomato, artichoke heards, raw sunflower seeds and homemade basalmic vinaigrette

whole bunch of whole pinapple slices fried in coconut oil

about 2oz of 88% pure dark chocolate

 

About 1130pm, I'll hit my usual ZMA, melatonin and roobios.
