2.5 scoops Jack3D

bunch of dried Turkish apricots
bunch of raw almonds

1030pm-
Huge green salad with 1 whole chicken breast, 1 whole large avocado, about 1/2 a jar of kalamata olives, red onion, 1 whole large tomato, bunch of feta cheese and olive oil and vinegar dressing.
2400mg fish oil
2000mg flaxseed oil
2000iu vitamin D

About 12am I will take 3 ZMA capsules, 3mg of melatonin and some roobios tea.
