(I know: A dorky photo. It was actually taken as a joke.)

Last workout in the old gym. Not a single stupid tricep extention or skullcrusher for the triceps. 1,000s of kettlebell presses, pushups, ring dips, etc. Train movements, not muscles.)

TRAINING:
02/28
11AM-
12 MINUTES, ALTERNATING 48KG KETTLEBELL SWINGS AND 140YD JOG.
50 PULLUPS
50 RING DIPS

5PM-
TAEKWON-DO: 15 HYUNGS, BASICS.

02/29
REST DAY (DRIVING ALL DAY TO MT)

03/01
300 HINDU SQUATS
150 HINDU PUSHUPS

A FEW DRAGON FLAGS TO FINISH.

Did this in the hotel gym in Bozeman, MT. Great view of the mountains, but this gym was good for bodyweight exercise only. I did use the bottom of an eliptical as a counterweight for my dragon flags.

03/02
REST DAY (DRIVING ALL DAY AGAIN)

03/03
Ugly day moving gym equipment and a ton of 3/4" trailer mats to the new gym location.

03/04
Spent about 90 minutes in the sun loading my tractor tires on a trailer from the old gym location. This was a ton of work. Followed up with hours of cleaning the old gym location. Had to leave it better than I found it.

03/05
Taekwon-Do: 20 hyungs and some stretching. First workout in the new gym. Very sore from the last few days.

NUTRITION LOG:
I have actually kept strict nutrition for during all these days. Since I spent so much time with family, on the road, and in transition between the new place, I have to say that I have actually eaten less than normal. When it came to eating on the road, I mainly snacked lightly on jerky and almonds, and since there were so many terrible options, I sometimes just nibbled tiny bits here and there.

The real trouble was indulging in things like beer while eating out or with family. One saving grace was that Stacey was diligent about packing a bottle of fish oil, so I made sure to keep the intake of that high.

I actually feel a little under nourished and dehydrated right now. Will fix this over the next few days.

Today's eating:
630am-
200mg caffeine
1000mg vitamin C

730am-
25gr Carnivore protein
20 raw almonds
3600mg fish oil
2000iu vitamin D

2pm-
4 large organic eggs
About 6oz of leftover grassfed pot roast
About 2oz of gouda cheese
3600mg fish oil

415pm-
2.5 scoops Jack3D

10pm-
Nibbled (and I do mean picked through) a sushi tray we got yesterday from Costco. The rice was soggy and the "sushi" was not that great. I ate mostly just the shrimp and a few California rolls.
1 whole large avocado with lime, salt and pepper
2400mg fish oil
2000mg flaxseed oil

About 11pm I will take 3mg of melatonin, 3 ZMA capsules and some roobios tea.
