2pm-
3 large organic eggs
about 8oz of leftover grassfed steak
about 1oz of Swiss cheese
handful of raw cashews
1200mg fish oil
2000iu vitamin D

415pm-
2 scoops Jack3D

10pm-
Huge portions of curry shrimp with a whole bunch of vegetables, over Jasmine rice
I washed this down with a lager.
2400mg fish oil

1130pm (about)
I will take 3 ZMA capsules, 3mg of melatonin and drink some roobios detox tea.
