TRAINING:
Sticking with the thruster/windmill substitute. Highlights of the past week have been being able to throw the pullups back into the mix. This makes me really happy.
5/3/1 deadlift day was Sunday. Didn't push things at all and just stuck with the process.

Just did sets of windmills with the 36kg for all for time constraints.
Things will start freeing up and I will have more time to post logs after today. I took and passed the NCSF CSC course, so that time sucker is off the table.
