Won't even try to log due to random amounts of a huge variety on Saturday. First meal was about 2pm at the Mongolian grill. This place does not have to be the nutritional disaster most people make it if you totally: 1) avoid any dark sauces, that likely have soy sauce or sugars in them. 2) Fill your bowl with meat and vegetables only (no noodles or rice). 3) Drink only water or unsweetened tea.
The second meal was that evening at a Christmas party. Not a problem here, because there were plenty of paleo-friendly options. The only deviation was sampling some different types of whiskey, that I would probably never drink otherwise. In fact, I think the last time I got into any of that was at the same party the year before. I paid for it with lots of inflammation, but sweated that off and kept my diet full of low and anti-inflammatory foods the next day. Another component to that is that I kept the total amount of alcohol small.
