TAEKWON-DO: 19 HYUNGS, BASICS, SPARRING, BREAKING.
Had to hang with a lightweight 3rd dan tonight for drills tonight (that just got out of basic training in the military). After destroying my legs for the past three days, I am glad to report that I was able to hang with him through kicking drills as a heavyweight, even though I felt like I was wearing lead boots through the entire workout.

(Normally carbs this early in the day is verboten for me, unless it is immediately after a workout. Since this was 4 hours prior to my late training I felt I could get away with it. I didn't feel 100% tonight, but I can't say whether nutrition was a factor or not.)

about 1130 I will hit the magnesium, zinc, B6, and melatonin
