TRAINING:

10AM-

300 HINDU SQUATS AND 150 2-ARM SWINGS (40KG) IN SUPERSETS. 50/50 WORK:REST INTERVAL.

5 TURKISH GETUPS 16KG-32KG (used as a cooldown stretch after training).

450 reps total for the day; 1450 for the week so far.

630PM-

TAEKWON-DO: 19 HYUNGS, BASICS, SPARRING, BREAKING. 

Had to hang with a lightweight 3rd dan tonight for drills tonight (that just got out of basic training in the military). After destroying my legs for the past three days, I am glad to report that I was able to hang with him through kicking drills as a heavyweight, even though I felt like I was wearing lead boots through the entire workout. 

NUTRITION: 

9am-

300mg caffeine

11am-

2 bananas

handful of jerky and raw almonds

fish oil

cod liver oil

230pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

about 6oz of leftover wild salmon

about 2 cups of leftover jasmine rice

cod liver oil

5000iu vitamin D

(Normally carbs this early in the day is verboten for me, unless it is immediately after a workout. Since this was 4 hours prior to my late training I felt I could get away with it. I didn't feel 100% tonight, but I can't say whether nutrition was a factor or not.)

10pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

big chunk of flatiron steak with sauteed mushrooms and onions

big spinach and arugula salad

fish oil

cod liver oil

5000iu vitamin D

about 1130 I will hit the magnesium, zinc, B6, and melatonin
