7 getups, 16kg-48kg. 50 2-arm swings in short, explosive sets w/ 48kg with tons of rest between sets. Limited my numbers today, to make the swings similar to plyos for recovery and nervous system stimulation. There are many ways to use Kettlebells as fitness tools.

16 Taekwon-Do hyungs. All out 100% of what I had left for the day. Legs were dead.
