bunch of sliced roasted turkey (deli meat...fast food. in a big hurry) wrapped in romain lettuce with spicy brown mustard

1.5 scoops Cutler Legend preworkout

7pm-

2 liver caps

500mg vitamin C

5gr creatine monohydrate

3 MCT oil caps

about 1lb of cod baked in bacon grease

bunch of steamed spinach with butter, lemon and Himalayan salt

3 cups jasmine rice with rice vinegar
