TRAINING:
215PM-
Got in my 100 burpees out in the hills on a section of long-abandoned desert highway with a great view. Spaced them between short sprints, forward and backward crawls, and some skipping intervals (actually much more beneficial and challenging that it would seem).
NUTRITION:
Pretty much fasted from 10pm the night before until after doing my training. I sipped some V8 juice after training with some macadamia nuts. Normally, I don't drink juices like this, but I have been curious about it as strictly a glycogen and electrolyte replacement drink for recovery. The rest of the day's intake was spaced over about a 3 hour period when I got home and just kind of ate some leftovers and other snack foods. I didn't know whether to call it lunch or dinner.
