Yesterday was more of a cheating day. Went to a Thai restaurant last night and had a pretty awesome spicy coconut shrimp fried rice dish with a generous amount of Sapporo to wash it down.
Today, I had some protein powder early on, some coconut water after my workout and for dinner I had a big plate of turkey breast and a bunch of raw vegetables...No nutritional digression there at all. I've just never been much of a pie and stuffing junkie, and the only mashed potatoes I like are Stacey's garlic ones.
