TRAINING: 11/23 9am- 100 H2H Swings with 24kg 100 Burpees
630pm- Taekwon-Do: 20 Hyungs, full-out heavy bag combinations, breaking.
11/24 100 Burpees, mixed with timed shooting drills on steel.
NUTRITION: Yesterday was more of a cheating day. Went to a Thai restaurant last night and had a pretty awesome spicy coconut shrimp fried rice dish with a generous amount of Sapporo to wash it down.
Today, I had some protein powder early on, some coconut water after my workout and for dinner I had a big plate of turkey breast and a bunch of raw vegetables...No nutritional digression there at all. I've just never been much of a pie and stuffing junkie, and the only mashed potatoes I like are Stacey's garlic ones.
