About 8oz of roast turkey breast
several thick slices of bacon
big handful of raw almonds
2000mg fish oil
2000iu vitamin D

430pm-
3 Jet Fuels

10pm-
Giant chicken breast in a huge Ceasar salad (whole mixing bowl) with 1 whole tomato, spinach, romain and red onion
Several marinated artichoke heart slices
Several stuffed green olives
Big baked potato with butter and sour cream (both full fat)
2000mg fish oil

I hit the baked potato tonight for just a little carbohydrate today. I realized I had only had about 50gr of carbs all day. This is fine if you are trying to lean up, but I am not, so I decided to add the potato. This probably brought the total carb count to just over 100gr for the day.

About 11pm I will take 3mg melatonin and 3 ZMA capsules with some roobios tea.
