TRAINING:

930AM-

12 MINUTES OF 2-ARM SWINGS @ 12RPM W/36KG

(THIS WILL BE MY REST DAY FROM BURPEES FOR THE WEEK)

NUTRITION: 

Not even going to try and get the rest of my cheat meal/day on to myfitness pal. It wouldn't be accurate anyway. I broke it up into 2 meals, and generally I recommend eating one single cheat meal and being done with it.

8am-

200mg caffeine/green tea

11am-(after workout)

sipped my creatine and BCAA drink

1pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

about 4oz of jerky and a handful of macadamia nuts with a small bag of potato chips (remember this is my one day to cheat).

4000mg fish oil

5000iu vitamin D

7pm-

Went to a Korean restaurant and while it is definitely a paleo-friendly restaurant, and everything we got to eat wouldn't necessarily be bad, I did sip some wine and one Bud light (the only beer I can drink) with dinner. Had some frozen yogurt afterwards, too. So this was a successful cheat meal! 

11pm-

50mg zinc

100mg B6

400mg magnesium citrate
