Grass-fed beef hamburgers (about 1lb) on lettuce wraps with red onion and homemade primal mayo
large baked sweet potato with kerrygold butter, grated parmesan, red pepper flake, himalayan salt, diced red onion
red wine
11pm-
Zn, Mg, B6, 1.5mg melatonin
