Can't go heavier with squats right now because of my toe, so I decided to just make a good cardio session and loaded up with bar with 225# and did ladder sets of 2,3,5 reps every minute for a little over 20 minutes. Did a total of 7 ladders for 70 reps. I have to keep this movement up.
