NUTRITION LOG:
11/02
A healthy amount of junk food, including a double cheeseburger and fried zuccini at about 3pm, and some Fred Meyer sushi for dinner. Lots of carbs, but I'm trying to maintain my weight, so no big deal and this will only be one day this week. I will say that I have cleaned up my diet to the point that double cheeseburgers and fried zuccini is not even worth it anymore. I felt a little pukie for the rest of the day.

I find it funny how we keep saying the fast food, ect. isn't worth it after we eat it due to how it makes us feel (it's hit & miss for me). Yet, it never fails that after a couple weeks has gone by, that we succumb to those cravings/desires again. =)
