100 BURPEES, INCLUDING 5 X 5 SPRAWL, CLEAN HIGH PULLS W/135#

NUTRITION: 

Really only had one meal today. Had a BCAA/creatine mix after training early and then nothing else until about 7:30 pm, when Stacey insisted on going to her favorite Mexican place for dinner.

The nice thing is that both of our cheat meals for the week coincided on the same day. Had steak fajitas with corn tortillas and a ton of chips and guacamole and a little tequila (just one tiny shot of good stuff and water for the rest of the evening). This place makes guacamole right at your tableside and I figured out how to make it just like they do now. They used two huge avocados for ours and a bunch of easy ingredients. Stacey informed me that I would be making more of this for her at home for healthier recipes later on. Our wild night of the week. We did take a trip to Costplus right after so we could get a grinding mortar and pestle for future guacamole at home.

Not even going to try to enter this on fitnesspal.
