10am
Tried to work some getups for the injured shoulder. Restricted myself to a max of the 32kg. Ran the rack from 16kg-32kg three times, focusing on slow and controlled reps.
5pm-
Taekwon-Do basic technique. Roundhouse kick break did not go well. Dislocated right big toe (at a minimum). Still waiting to figure out exactly how much damage done.

Very happy to find out that I can swing! Used a 36kg bell for 4 rounds of 6-20 Protocol, reduced rest intervals. I started every set at the top of the minute. Going to experiment with this a little more.

NUTRITION:
Nothing really out of the ordinary. Fasted 20+ hours both Saturday and Sunday. Cheat meal Saturday at Messenger pizza with a GF pizza.
