1 tbsp coconut oil

5-egg omelette with tons of mushrooms and onions with chorizo

4pm-

300mg caffeine/green tea

630pm-

1 scoop VPX Sythesize protein/aminos

9pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

huge chunk of leftover broiled wild salmon (made a whole giant fillet the night before, and since Stacey didn't want any, it looks like more for me. She was working tonight, so I was on my own for dinner.)

huge bowl of steamed broccoli and kale with tons of butter and lemon

11pm-

Zn, Mg, B6, melatonin
