Dang! I'd better keep up on this. I have been logging my workouts on Kettlebell Inc.'s forums, as I have for the past 5 years so I know I have been training. But, it is easy to slack if you don't have the accountability. 

Here it is:

16 TAEKWON-DO HYUNGS, MIXED WITH MY REMAINING 312 KETTLEBELL SNATCHES FOR THE WEEK. WEEK #2 DOWN.

250 24KG SNATCHES IN DIFFERENT SET AND REP #s. EASY SET OF 100 IN THERE SOMEWHERE. 

12 MINUTES OF 50YD SPRINTS. 

Hamstring still not 100%. I took these easy after a few weeks of of them. Doing snatch sets on uneven ground in the desert today is a challenge! Nice sunny day, and I had to get to the hills with the dogs.

NUTRITION:

This week's cheat meal was a yummy hamburger on a gluten-free bun from Red Robin, with as many french fries as I wanted. Yummy! 

Here is today:

7am-

200mg caffeine/green tea

745am-

1 tbsp coconut oil

22gr Promasil mixed protein (whey isolate, goat milk protein, egg protein) and 1 tbsp raw cinnamon. 

handful of raw almonds

fish oil

cod liver oil

10000iu vitamin D

1pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

chunk of leftover steak

3 fried eggs

1 sliced roma tomato with salt and pepper

about 2oz of sharp cheddar cheese.

330pm-

1 scoop Havok preworkout

630pm-

1 scoop VPX Synthesize

9pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

huge bunch of baked chicken

huge spinach, kale, and avocado salad

about 5 strips of bacon from Bacon Freak. Never need an excuse for bacon.

Around 1130pm I will hit the Zn, Mg, B6, and melatonin
