NUTRITION:

One big cheat meal around 330pm. Went to a BBQ place and had wings and brisket. For side orders I had a ton of fries and some grilled pineapple. Washed it down with a couple Michelob Ultras. 

10/16

AM-

green tea caps and some MCT oil

130PM-

Looks like I kind of carried my cheat meal over into the next day. Had a bunch of GF almond flour crackers with pepperoni and a bunch of Kerrygold cheese, some almonds, and a tbsp of coconut oil

8PM-

Had some leftover ribs and a ton of steamed broccoli soaked in Kerrygold butter, lemon and himalayan salt. 

10/17 (Dialed things back in)

8AM-

2 green tea caps, 1000mg vitamin C, and 1 tbsp MCT oil

1PM-

1 tbsp MCT oil

4oz of smoked salmon on a few leftover almond flour crackers

about 8oz of leftover grilled sirloin

handful of almonds

about 1oz of Kerrygold cheese. 

10PM-

big handful of pistachios 

big chunk of baked wild salmon with a dry rub and lemon

ton of steamed broccoli soaked in Kerrygold butter and lemon with himalayan salt

11PM-

Zn, Mg, B6
