TRAINING/NUTRITION BLOG: 10/18/16

TRAINING: 

None. Had to get some writing done today and didn't have time. Will make it up this week. 

NUTRITION: 

8am-

MCT oil, caffeine, green tea caps, 1000mg vitamin C

1230pm-(snacking while writing some stuff up)

1 tbsp MCT oil

bag of grass-fed jerky

handful of raw pistachios 

handful of raw almonds 

about 2oz of 88% dark chocolate

(I also sipped a zero carb Rockstar)

9pm-

1 tbsp MCT oil

probably about 1+ pounds of organic chicken thighs baked in coconut oil with a bunch of seasonings on them, some of them were cut into strips and put in a mixing bowl sized salad bowl with spinach, a whole avocado, a tomato, red cabbage, red onion, and grated parmesan. Soaked all this in my homemade dressing. 

1 krill oil cap 

11pm-

Zn, Mg, B6
