REST DAY. 1 HOUR WALK TO REPAIR SHOP.

Had some work done on my truck. Instead of bugging someone to give me a ride to pick it up, I decided to walk the 3.5 miles in to town to get it. Nice day out.

5 EASY LADDER SETS OF 1-3 REPS OF BARBELL MILITARY PRESSES AND PULLUPS. ALL PRESSES WITH 135#. ALL PULLUPS UNWEIGHTED.

about a pound of ground elk and a baked sweet potato with tons of butter and grassfed cheese

green tea at coffee shop while studying

830pm-(kind of a random junk dinner. No protein. Guess the pound of elk earlier was enough.)

1 tbsp. coconut oil

Got some organic popcorn with olive oil and sea salt. I melted some Kerrygold butter on it an ate it while watching TV with some red wine. Not the best or worst snack I could have had.
