TRAINING:

5PM-

20 MINUTES AT SNAP CITY STAIRCASE

(Sprint up, walk down. Crawl up, crawl down. Worked some forward and backwards crawls into the mix.)

You can't undo 6 hours of sitting with 20 minutes of exercise, but I think stair sprints and crawls with a good view is about as big a dent in that toxic dose of sedentary behavior as you can make. 

NUTRITION:

I spent 6 hours straight doing some homework behind a screen today. Horrible. Nutrition was spot on, but I did sip tons of green tea. 

8am-

Green tea

10am-

1 tbsp coconut oil

2 scoops Carnivor protein w 1 tsp cinnamon

4000mg fish oil

5000iu vitamin D

130pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

leftover grassfed hamburger wrapped in lettuce with 3 strips of bacon

4000mg fish oil

4pm-

1 scoop Cardio Igniter

7pm-

2 BCAA caps

10pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

mixing bowl of salad with: 2 chicken roasted chicken breasts, 2 strips of bacon, spinach, kale, red cabbage, red onion, a whole large avocado, 1 roma tomato, homemade dressing

4000mg fish oil

1130pm-

Zn, Mg, B6
