TAEKWON-DO HYUNG PRACTICE (LIGHT-MEDIUM EFFORT)

NUTRITION:

7am-

caffeine/green tea

8am-

1 tbsp coconut oil

2 scoops Carnivor protein w/1 tsp cinnamon

handful of raw almonds

4000mg fish oil

5000iu vitamin D

2pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

several strips of bacon with a sliced avocado

handful of raw almonds

1 Quest bar. We had some around the house and I finally decided to try one because it looked good. Maybe a good afterworkout snack.

9pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

2 huge grassfed beef hamburgers on romain lettuce strips with sliced red onion

pile of homemade potato chips baked in the oven 

red wine

4000mg fish oil

11pm-

Zn, Mg, B6

Overall, today's nutrition would be about a C+. Too many artificial foods, such as the protein powder and the Quest bar. The homemade chips were really kind of an experiment, and will be treat meal material in the future.
