NUTRITION:

830am-

1 scoop Optimum PRE

1030am-

2 scoops Carnivor protein with 1 tbsp brown sugar

handful of raw almonds

4000mg fish oil

Things get kind of random after this because I spent about 4 hours today driving around a good chunk of the SW corner of the state. 

12pm-

Pepperoni sticks and almonds. 

230pm

small bag of fried pork skins 

sipped 2 small cans of Red Bull

5pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil 

2 BCAA caps

10pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

Just me for dinner, so I essentially just ate some leftover roast, beef brisket, and some leftover ribs with a huge spinach and baby kale salad

4000mg fish oil

5000iu vitamin D

I actually fell asleep reading around midnight and forgot to even take my Zn, Mg, B6
